TEXAS RESIDENTS

We can prepare and file your Form 4. We can E-File (we recommend) or we can paper file your Form 4.

• Existing customers: We already have your information on file you will be contacted when your form is ready to certify.

• New customers: You will be sent a separate email outlining options to get your account set up. We can either send you a link or you can come in person. Setting you up in our system in person takes roughly 30mins including fingerprints. If you choose to set up your account remotely we will provide options on how to complete the fingerprint process.

E-File: This is currently the "fastest" option to file your Form 4. We will prepare your your Form 4 and contact you when its ready to certify. The majority of the time the form is ready to certify the next day.

Paper: We can still file your Form 4 via paper submission. We will track the check sent with your packet and email you when its been cashed. 

Upon approval, E-Forms customers will receive an email from the ATF with the status update. We will contact you with pickup instructions.

NON-TEXAS RESIDENTS

We will transfer your suppressor to your preferred local FFL/SOT dealer in your state. After your order is placed, we will prompt you to select an FFL/SOT dealer from our list of dealers. If your preferred dealer is not listed, simply provide us their contact information and we will obtain their FFL/SOT information. Form 3 transfers are initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order and dealer information.

Once the Form 3 is approved for transfer to your local dealer, you may contact them to begin the Form 4 process. Your local dealer will collect your transferee information/documents and the $200 BATFE transfer tax per NFA item, as well as a transfer fee for himself for handling your Form 4 paperwork and storing your items.

UPDATES & PICK UPS

If you E-Filed both the customer and dealer will receive an email with the status change. If you decide to paper file we will contact you when we get the approved Form-4.  You will need to bring a valid government-issued ID.

Picking up your NFA item you will have to fill out a 4473 no background check will be conducted. If you filed as a trust a person listed on the Responsible Person paperwork must pick up.
