Shooting suppressed infinitely increases the enjoyment of any shooting activity for the shooter and the people around them. Suppressors will not only reduce the noise of the weapon, but they will also reduce the felt recoil and can increase accuracy. Suppressors are beneficial for every situation whether it’s a day at the range, Hunting, or Law enforcement.

This is the most common “urban myth” the ATF will not show up to your house or residence to check for compliance.
Under federal law, it has never been illegal to own a silencer. If it is legal for you to buy a handgun, and you live in a state that allows ownership, then it is probably legal for you to own a silencer.
Basic Requirments:
You must be at least 21 years old
You must live in a state that allows ownership
You must not have any felony convictions
The following states allow private ownership of silencers: AL, AR, AK, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY.
If you live in Texas YES we can mail your suppressor to your door. Please email or call for all the steps that must be followed after approval.
14% Fee: Applies to orders canceled where a serial number has been assigned.
If ATF transfer started: Generally, no refunds or store credits. At our discretion, a store credit may be issued for the paid amount minus taxes and a 35% service fee.
ATF Transfer Denied: We will refile once for free and assist with the refiling process.
Denied Refund Request: we will return your purchase price and tax stamp cost minus a restocking fee equal to 35% of the purchase price
